Cancellation & Refund Policy

An Outstanding Experience

Hannah books out weeks, if not months, in advance. So please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Hannah misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on her wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance via email because Hannah understands how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. So please be diligent about checking your email and insuring you have provided the correct contact information when scheduling your appointment, both online and via phone.

Cancellation: 

Please notify Hannah within 48 hours of your appointment if you will not be able to make it. Meaning if you must cancel or reschedule, please contact Third Eye Hair Studio directly via email or text message. This goes for running late as well. Hannah allows a 15 minute window for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule for a later date at Hannah’s earliest convenience. 

If you do not notify Hannah and choose to not show up/are 15+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged as well as the right to refuse you and any and all future appointments.

Refunds:

Hannah delights herself on providing you with exceptional service and excellent client care.

Third Eye does not issue refunds on Salon services. This includes both color and haircut services.

However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within five (5) days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, Hannah requires that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, she will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you as promptly as her schedule allows. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost within five (5) days of the initial service.
